Nabin Audhyogic Kadar Bahadur Rita Secondary School was established in the year 2033 BS by a group of leading personalities, social workers, and academic experts with an aim to provide a quality education that fits the contemporary global context. The school is located at Devinagar-11, Butwal. It is about 1 km. west of Milanchowk, Butwal. It is extended in the well spacious area of 50 'Katthas' to offer holistic education with complete needs and requirements.

With the motto of Learn to lead, the school focuses on the overall growth of an individual child including his/her academic and behavioral aspects. Since its inception, the school has committed itself to find the best possible methods to educate children and extend their abilities and personalities. It has been imparting outstanding educational methods in both technical and non-technical areas. It runs Science, Civil Engineering, Management, Education, and Law faculty as technical and vocational education in the morning and day shifts along with excellent academic results. There are altogether 3000 students and more than 100 teaching and non-teaching staff.

The school management is aware of the fact that learning cannot be flourished unless each and every child feels free to explore his/her hidden talent by means of continuous support from parents and teachers, a safe learning environment, and updated learning materials and methodologies. In this regard, the school has proudly achieved tremendous success in the SLC Board since 2064 BS as a result; it has been awarded with an outstanding prize by the Ministry of Education, Department of Education, and District Education Office. Besides, it has been declared an outstanding Model school among the Community Schools in Rupendehi District. Consequently, it has obtained a cash prize of Rs 500000.00 [Five Lakhs) from the Nepal Government. It has also achieved outstanding academic results in the SEE of 2074 BS where both Bipin Adhikari and Sujan Gyawali have scored a GPA of 3.96 including 26 students' GPA of 3.63 along with 100% successful academic results. Besides, the school has successfully escalated to 5th position among the community schools in Lumbini Province and 2nd position in Rupandehi District according to SEE Result 2075 BS. It has also been enlisted as Model School in the Province therefore, the province has assigned a Staff Nurse and Sports Instructor along with modern infrastructures to improve the holistic improvement of quality education. As a result, Apekshya Chaudhary has achieved 15 positions with outstanding results (GPA 4.0) in the whole nation in Grade 12, Management Stream in 2077BS. The school has also received an International School Award (2017-2020) & (2021-2024). For such incredible academic result and good management, the School Management Committee, its Head Teacher with 13 teachers have been awarded outstanding prizes and medals.
